The seminar and and the work that I have written called Using Your Spiritual Gifts (http://www.storyofredemption.com/page20.html) are a result of over two years of biblical and doctoral research on Spiritual gifts, work with a local congregation, personal assessments, and real life application.I recently spoke on this subject at the OC Quest lectures, and will speak on it at the 2008 Harding lectures. I have a couple of upcoming seminars--one at Prince of Peace Catholic church in September, and one to be scheduled in Ankeny, Iowa.
